Injection Treatments
Filler (HA, CaHA, Hybrid) / Belkyra / Cellucare / Sculptra
– Gently cleanse the skin for the next 3-4 hours following your treatments.
– Avoid rubbing hard or massaging of the injected areas for the next 2 weeks, including facial treatments. (except for Sculptra treatments)
– Apply an ice pack to the treated areas as needed to minimize pain. To prevent moisture from directly contacting the skin, wrap the ice pack in a clean gauze or towel.
– Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas or hot showers for the first week following your treatments.
– Limit sodium intake and avoid alcohol consumption to reduce swelling and promote recovery.
Filler Treatments :
– After nose filler, avoid wearing glasses for 2 weeks.
– After forehead filler, avoid wearing tight hats for 2 weeks.
Belkyra Treatments :
– Elevate your head during sleep.
Sculptra Treatments :
5-5-5 rule
Massage the treated areas for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for the first 5 days to ensure even distribution of the product and promote uniform collagen production.
Signs of vessel occlusion :
– Abnormal pain / Skin colour change (such as turning white or blue, or persistent redness)
Signs of infection :
– Persistent warmth at site of injection / Purulent discharge (pus) / Abnormal pain / Fever

– For the next 7 days, avoid using active ingredients such as retinoids and exfoliants, and do not rub or massage the injected areas.
Toxin Treatments :
– For the next 2 days, avoid using active ingredients such as retinoids and exfoliants, and do not rub or massage the injected areas.
– Remain upright (avoid lying down or bending over) for at least 4 hours following your treatments.
