– Gently cleanse the skin for the next 3-4 hours following your treatments.<\/p>

– Avoid rubbing hard or massaging of the injected areas for the next 2 weeks, including facial treatments. (except for Sculptra treatments)<\/p>

– Apply an ice pack to the treated areas as needed to minimize pain. To prevent moisture from directly contacting the skin, wrap the ice pack in a clean gauze or towel.<\/p>

– Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas or hot showers for the first week following your treatments.<\/p>

– Limit sodium intake and avoid alcohol consumption to reduce swelling and promote recovery.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

– After nose filler, avoid wearing glasses for 2 weeks.
– After forehead filler, avoid wearing tight hats for 2 weeks.<\/p>

– Elevate your head during sleep.<\/p>

Sculptra Treatments\u00a0:
<\/strong>5-5-5 rule<\/p>
