Types of Double eyelid
In-Line Double Eyelid
A tapered double eyelid , where the double eyelid line gradually narrows as it approaches the inner corner of the eye. Only the distal (outer) end of the double eyelid is visible.
Semi-Out Line Double Eyelid
Parallel double eyelid, where the double eyelid line is parallel to the lash line and does not connect with the inner corner. However, it does taper slightly inwards.
In-Out Line Double Eyelid
A tapered double eyelid , this type of double eyelid that starts from the inner corner of the eye and gradually fades out towards the outer corner. (The entire double eyelid is visible now)
Out-Line Double Eyelid
Parallel double eyelid, where the entire double eyelid line without any tapering towards the inner corner.

Double Eyelid Surgery Process
1. Consultation

2. Make an appointment for surgery
Check with our consultants when the doctor can perform surgery and make an appointment.
3. Under anesthesia
The procedure is usually performed under local anesthesia. Sedative anesthesia can also be arranged upon request.
4. Surgery
Our doctor will perform the surgery; the doctor will help you decide on the most appropriate treatment plan based on individual conditions.
5. Postoperative follow up
We pride ourselves in offering extensive and tailored long-term follow-up care to our clients. Our primary responsibility is to ensure each patient's safety and smooth recovery.
Precaution
Please inform us if you are taking blood thinners, such as Aspirin, Warfarin and/or other drugs.
You MUST discontinue Aspirin, Advil, Ibuprofen, blood thinners, vitamins, herbal medicine and Fish oil 7 days before, as these products may increase bleeding and prolong swelling.
‧ Please clean shaven (if any) before arrival for surgery.
‧ Do not wear contact lenses.
‧ Do not put on makeup, skincare products and sunscreen.
‧ If you have false eyelashes or eyelash extensions, please remove them before undergoing surgery.
‧ Remove any metal, gold and silver products on the body, especially fixed earrings/nose rings/tongue rings, etc. (especially the earrings that have just been worn within three months, please go to the original store to remove the earrings).
‧ Wear sunglasses or a hat to reduce sun irritation and people’s attention.
‧ You must take blood pressure medicine if you have high blood pressure.
‧ You may apply ice packs to the swollen areas for 10 minutes on and 10 minutes off for the first 72 hours or less. This will help reduce swelling. Please ensure you place sterile gauze between the ice pack and the skin.
‧ Bruising and swelling can take up to 2 weeks to resolve.
‧ Sleep with your head propped up with 2-3 pillows for the first 3 days.
‧ No air travel for 48 hours following your surgery.
‧ Avoid smoking and or alcohol for at least 2 weeks post-operatively, as it may increase bruising and prolong swelling.
‧ Avoid moderate physical exercise for up to 4 weeks post-operatively, and avoid strenuous physical exercise for up to 6 weeks post-operatively.
‧ Use a minimum of SPF 45 sunscreen daily especially on the incision area.
‧ Avoid makeup products at the incision site for 2 weeks to avoid infection and slower healing process.
